Sun & Surf Poker Run

Rules:

This will be a Poker Run held for all those registered for Sun & Surf

 There will be two prizes awarded.

Five hundred dollars ($500)  for High Hand

Two Hundred and Fifty dollars ($250)  for Low Hand.

 High Hands will be ranked in order

1.   Royal Flush	6.  Straight
2.   Straight Flush	7.  Three of a Kind
3.   Four of a Kind	8.  Two Pair
4.   Full House	9.   Pair
5.   Flush	10. High Card

      Low Hand Rules

            Straights and Flushes do not count as combinations.

            Aces count as low, below the twos.

 The Poker Run card will consist of a sealed envelope with 52 numbered boxes containing an insert with 52 corresponding boxes representing the 52 cards of a regulation deck. 

 At each run stop location the participant will draw a single numbered disk. The corresponding numbered box on his/her Poker Run envelope will be stamped. Duplicate numbers must be redrawn. (only one stamp per box)

Upon arrival at Sun & Surf Registration and Packet Pick-Up (in the Convention Center) the remaining number, to bring the total to five (5), will be drawn, and envelope inspected for tampering. Any card with more than five (5) stamps will be VOID. Any envelope that has been tampered with is VOID. Participants will be responsible for determining the value of their hand and printing their hand value, name, and phone number on his/her card in the space provided. The judges will verify the winning hand values. Illegible name and/or phone numbers will disqualify the entrant.
